Team Leader - (International Chat Support)

Role Description

This full-time on-site role of Team Leader (US Telecom Chat Process) is located in Pune. The candidate will be responsible for managing the US Telecom Chat Process team and ensuring smooth chat operations, achieving team targets and KPI's, and providing completed analytical reports to management.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in any field or equivalent practical experience.
  • 1 - 3 years of Inbound customer service call center of TEAM LEADER ( Preferably International Telecom )
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in team management and operations, preferably in Telecom Chat Process domain.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Experience in managing escalations and driving process improvements and "can-do" attitude.
  • Proven track record of developing team members, improving team performance, and meeting SLAs.
  • Open to work in an 18*7 environment. (Night shift)
  • Expert in Microsoft Office and advance excel
