Job description
We are looking for sales professionals with a keen sense of ownership, drive, and desire to win. In this role, you will identify and reach out to the potential clients of VSynergize for the BPO/BPM vertical. You will need to identify and convey a compelling value proposition of our services to the prospects and lead new customer acquisitions for VSynergize.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop a thorough understanding of VSynergize services, customer categories & competitors
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline through outbound.
- Reach out to inbound leads in a timely fashion and pitch for a discussion. Customize the sales pitch according to the prospects and the situation.
- Responsible for closures of the accounts assigned to you. Prepare well for the demos. Take feedback from your peers. Handle objections raised by the client independently.
- Ensure that all the activities are updated in CRM.
- Provides management and support for new business pipeline development, in consultation with HOD;
- Provides input into bid/no-bid decisions and updates and maintains the pipeline tracker for the assigned practice
- Serves as primary BD liaison for vertical.
- Coordinates closely with technical teams in all aspects of capture and proposal processes
- Leads data analysis, reporting, and knowledge management to inform business development strategy and operations
- Conducts long-term and short-term strategic research that informs the growth strategy of the assigned Practices and/or regions
- Manages a database of clients, setting up meetings and facilitating relationships
- Maintains new business pipelines, resources, tools
- Supports training program to build the capacity of business development across the division
- Develop and cultivate relationships with clients, delivery and account management teams, technical specialists, subject-matter experts, and analysis of proposals and business development strategy within the practice
- Be prepared to lead a team as and when required
What we are looking for in a candidate:
- Graduate (minimum) with 5+ years of experience in BPO sales.
- Keen on building a long-term career in BPO/BPM Inside Sales.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to think on the feet and handle sales objections.
- Have inherent respect for processes and are diligent in keeping their CRMs updated.
- Prior Experience in roles like inside and consultative Sales in BPO / outsourcing industry
- Demonstrated experience and success in all aspects of the entire sales cycle, including proposal, negotiation and payments.
- Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills with excellent verbal, writing, negotiation, and effective interpersonal communication.
